Shocking (or should I say NO) Service!

Kulula.com your service is absolutely shocking to say the least. I have been trying for two days to sort out a group booking with your Call Centre. You cut calls and make your customers stay on the line for days on end. I had an issue which started yesterday at around 2pm, it is now approximately 24 hours later and still you can't get it sorted out. I have made numerous phone calls to you which accumulates to more that 2 hours and 15 minutes on the phone with absolutely no service!
