Shocking kulula service and transaction reversal nightmare

Shocking service!

Payment for flights was transacted out of my account. Only to get to the check in saying it had been cancelled for a "Nedbank" issue.

It has been 4 days with no response on the progress of my transaction reversal. I have spoke to about 15 different people now. No one calls me back as promised!!!! I was supposing meant to recieve a call to confirm detail etc today, well nothing, surprise surprise.

So now my money is sitting in kulula bank account, happily earning interest for themselves off of it!!

This needs be sorted immediately. I am beyond shocked about this Kulua! This is theft in my eyes.
