Shocking customer service

Worst customer service imaginable. Firstly, send SMSes changing flight times and a minute later change it back to the original time (and original time cconfirmed with call centre) and then 2 hrs before the flight change it again to a later time. Call centre confirms original time per the system but says they cannot confirm operationally what the status is and I have to confirm at airport (which is a hour away from my home) as they cannot talk to anyone in operations and call centre agent just ends the call when asked to speak to a supervisor. Last flight with Kulula!
