Shocking attitude once again

<p>Once again I was having trouble booking flights on the new Kulula.com website as has been the case numerous times over the last few months. I tried for over an hour to book 5 flights and they site kept crashing and would not let me book. I called the contact centre to try and get this resolved only to get told there is nothing wrong with the website and it must be my issue or my computers. I told this woman on the phone I have used 3 laptops and a cell phone and all are doing the same thing. Once again she spurted out that the website is fine, it's basically not her issue and she can book the flights for me at a charge of R120. She was not interested in helping me at all. I told her I would book withy another airline and she couldn't care less. </p>
