Service we are NOT used to

Very disappointed in the airline we always use to travel with. I expected my parents at 09H45 this morning. They were informed that they have been delayed to 11H05. That came and still they haven't left Johannesburg and have been informed that they have baggage of a BA flight that has to be removed.

I see my parents twice a year and this is one of those times as it is my birthday. Leave has been put in and now we lose a whole day spent with them due to this. #Kulula #FlightMN909
