<p>on 9/10/16 We missed our flight from Lanseria to Durban for 21h20 simply because of a misunderstanding between khulula online bookings time stipulated. I was panicking when I heard that, the most calm, professional and helpful Nomasonto Nhlapho tackled the issue so professionally even when i started raising my voice and panicking bearing in mind i was travelling with my 6year old who was due for school next morning. She spoke to her manager, i emailed her my screen shot and my flight was moved for 22h00even though it was a very late flight but i appreciate the way she handled the matter.
