Service is non-existent

About Kulula Card. I have not seen a statement for ten years, I have mailed (snailmail), emailed, and sent mails via their ***** line, all ignored. telephonic contact is useless. Last week in an FNB branch I held onto the phone for 45 minutes. The call was cut off 4 times. I then left a recorded message for them to phone me. NO REACTION. I have no idea what is going on re this credit card, have been making payments but who knows. How can anyone do business in this way!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
