Kulula offers a variety of flight times and once you have confirmed and paid for the flight you get a sms half an hour later stating that the flight time has changed , when you try contacting them on their contact number you wait for HOURS and keep getting put back into the waiting que with no one to answer your call!!!

I've sent an email requesting a FULL refund so that I can book my flight with another reliable airline, NO ONE responds!!!!
