Service at Kulula crashes.

On the 02 July 2019 we made a booking for myself and my wife to fly to Johannesburg return in the first week of September 2019. We paid by credit card the amount of plus minus R2800. In the next three weeks our circumstances changed and we requested that our booking be cancelled and expected to just pay a cancellation fee. But instead we were told that we would only get a refund of about R250. How's that for a *******. Needless to say I will NEVER fly this airline EVER. This was and will be my first and last experience with them. If this is how pensioners get treated, I feel sorry for others. BEWARE!!!
