**** service at airport

I have just had the most frustrating experience at CT international airport. I am queuing for the 10:20 Kulula flight to Lanseria and a bunch of us get pulled out the bag drop queue to queue for one counter as there shorthanded as usual and need us to jump ahead. This is all fine and being run by a very confused looking employee. This first of all takes longer than if we had stayed in the normal queue as I am now watching people that were behind me check in (but no lanseria needs to go first???). Then this confused and idiotic employee starts pulling people flying to lanseria from the big bag drop queue that weren’t there when he made the special lanseria queue to the front of the general bag drop queue, ahead of everyone who has been waiting in the lanseria queue for the one counter. I then watched as people who weren’t even in the queue when I arrived check in before me. After waiting 45 mins in the special queue that was supposed to help the lanseria people I walked and stood in front of the normal queue as this was actually faster. I had to hot foot it to the boarding gate just in time. If I had not been pulled out by that idiotic employee everything would have been fine. I understand that there was a rush for my flight but it was handled by an absolute idiot who had no concept for planning. Please use people who know what they are doing as there were lots of people shouting at him - he needs a supervisor or a new job
