Seeking refund for Booking code: MGPBB

Poor customer service offered to me and my wife on her birthday which on the 23rd May (Thursday) were we ended up missing a flight which we were suppose to board at 11:50 and yet at 11:00 we were already at the JHB O.R Tambo International Airport. When we walked in, we asked two SAPS guys who were at the door when we came in, for the domestic departure and they directed us correctly. When we got to the ticket sales after joining the queue the lady by the name of Kgomotso at the Kulula ticket sales counter said we should go to eile number 25 to 26, when we got there the guy by the name of Theo (wearing an apron) pointed a counted we suppose to go to which was for staff members counter which I'm not a staff member of Kulula nor any flights, I'm just a regular passanger /customer. When we got to the counter the lady we found there said we came to the wrong counter which were for staff members and when she asked if I was a staff member I told her no and she asked who sent us to her and I told her it was Theo (wearing an apron). Then she took us back to the same counter when we first found Theo at and there were two coloured guys, the lady then explained to them that Theo send us to her and yet we not staff members, because I booked online I only need the boarding tickets and we had one luggage case and when one guy at counter called the boarding gates to check if we can still board the flight, when he hangup the phone he told us the boarding gate was already closed so we cannot board and that was after we were sent from one piller to another which was time waisted for us by the Kulula staff members who didn't conduct their customer service in a correct manner but by misleading us (as passengers) ???? and one other lady called herself a supervisor standing with a guy (Given, wearing an apron from British Airways) also misled us more by conducting a court case questioning us why we missed the flight and when I explained to her, she called Theo (the first guy, wearing an apron who directed us to a wrong counter for staff members) asked him why he sent us to the staff counter and the guy kept saying I said I was a staff member which I'm not and it was an argument between us and the Kulula staff member, which I believe its how they misleading passenger/customer with wrong information to end up missing flights. If they pointed us to the right direction and assisted us with boarding tickets we wouldn't have missed our flight, as I was pointed by the so called supervisor to ticket sales desk to buy other tickets which I bought (for British Airways) which costed me R 3,479.50 for boarding at 13:30 and departure at 14:00. Kulula staff members and including the so called supervisors, should be taught how to conduct proper costumer service and not to mislead customers/passengers.
