seat selection, again
Comair, this has happened twice in just over a month. First with BA now with kulula. I fly every week so always check in early on line to get a seat close to the front. I booked seat 3b rhythm due to a plane change was put back in 27 c, third row from the back. Come on guys surely you can at least seat closer to row 3 instead of 24 rows behind? Plus the plane was over 30 mins late.

I am terribly sorry to learn that you were not seated on the seat which you purchased online. Pre-paid seats cannot be guaranteed due to operational, safety or security requirements, we reserve the right to cancel or change your seat.
I am fully aware that you have had a similar incident previously and as explained by a member of the team that the change was also done due to an aircraft change . You may request a refund by calling our Contact Centre 0861 KULULA (585852) .
We try hard to keep to our published schedule as we understand the impact it has on our customers. Any delay to our schedule due to factors within our control are only imposed when absolutely necessary as it has a business impact on us as well. Some occasions, we have no alternatives and in such cases, we do have to impose the delay. The delay on the flight this morning was due to a technical problem. It is never our wish to disappoint our customers , however in the airline industry nothing is set in stone due to the nature of our business.
Thank you for allowing me the opportunity of a response .
