Kulula is such a ****. People should not book Kulula flights they are such a ****. I booked a return flight on the 24th of August 2020 for the 6th and 9th of November via their website. On their website they stated then that their flights will be operating from the 1st of November 2020. We got at O.R Tambo airport on the 6th of November only to find out that their flights are not operating. Imagine promising a four year old that he will be flying for the first time and only to find out that there are no flights. I had to buy three tickets again on the day. Kulula ****med us to buy tickets knowing well that they will not be ready by the 1st of November. Now they say they won’t refund me cash but they will offer credit so that I can take flights between the 1st of December 2020 and 31st of November 2021. I don’t want their credit, all I want is my money. Guys if you are going to flight anywhere in the country DO NOT book kulula. The guise as if they are working with BA flights, also BA flights are not operating.
