I booked my flight last year under TRS fare basis with 2 free changes, exactly the same as the pack&go. Now I want to change my flight day &the flight online so happens to be cheaper than what I initially paid yet they are still asking me to pay extra. HOW DOES THAT WORK???

And to make it worse, and your call centre person “helping” by the name of “Samatha” had absolutely no idea what she was doing!!! no clue why the fare was higher, or why!
