Rude unprofessional check in clerk.

The tone and attitude that was used by the person when speaking to my wife and i just because we arrived a few minutes before check in closed was unforgivable. Ariv or Areef,not sure exactly what his name is, was speaking to his colleagues as if we were not even standing there. Then there was an issue of my wife using a drivers license with her ****en name. That i understand with regards to security but yet again this individual was rude. Referring to my wife as she/her took too long to take out her id when talking to his colleagues. We had 1 bag that was 22 kg between the two of us which was also a problem. I started unpacking into hand luggage and was stopped by another kulula member saying it doesnt matter.He had a problem with everything. He will apologize to my wife for the stress he put us under. We had a 1 year old baby with us who we needed to get home and here is this jerk ruining our evening. Best part is when we eventually got to our gate ,people were still queuing!! So what was the need for all that?? I will never ever fly with Kulula again. You people can honestly go to hell and that sorry excuse for a human being at counter 1 at king shaka.
