Rude staff, broken board

Hi, firstly my check in was a mess. Rude check in staff in jhb. Secondly I race on the national circuit and currently South Africa n champ. I flew down to race this weekend in mosselbay. But too bad when arriving I noticed two of my boards were mistreated and broken. I have over R5000 damage and can't race this weekend, now I will loose my South African champs aswell all thanks to your staff that just don't give a ****. I also had two drunk guys infront of me, which kulula allowed to get onto the plane drunk!
