Rude, obnoxious, arrogant and unhelpful air hostess!!
<p>My mom, partner and I were traveling to CPT from Lanseria (Flight MN 493) however for whatever reason our plane was changed and we were advised upon boarding that the seats were free and could sit where ever we please and seeing as we booked as a family of three they would seat us next to each other. This was not the case at all! There was a lot of commotion on the flight as many did not want to separate from their families and myself and my partner had offered up our seats for a mother and her two children to sit next to each other we then had to search for new seats however when talking to the air hostess (Charmaine) she was unbelievably rude and arrogant towards myself and my mom and on numerous occasions said to us "there is nothing she can do" or there weren't seats next to each other and "it's not her problem" if we couldn't find seats which we were comfortable. In addition she embarrassed us by telling us she had authority to put us off the plane if we did not comply with her and all we wanted was her assistance in finding us decent seats. Not to mention one of the male hostesses whose name I did not catch, who was rude and arrogant with myself and kept assuming I was 12 and insisted I was too young to sit where I was ( I'm 21) and said I could not sit by the emergency exit and began to attack me verbally when my mom addressed him he said I had been rude towards him and he had every right to belittle me infrom of everyone and be rude towards me after all I had only ask "why are u looking at me". I am completely disgusted by the way they had handle the situation and addressed not only me but my mother as well and embarrassed us infront of the other passengers and made the flight unpleasant and have never ever experienced such disgusting behavior from any other airline (SAA, Mango, Emirates, Qatar, Lufthansa) .
