RUDE AND UNHELPFUL CALL CENTER AGENTS!

I received terrible customer service and bad attitude from one of your call center agents last week. I called in to change my flights because I was unable to do so on the site. Only to receive the most terrible service ever. I asked the agent, Yandi to give me a quote on two different flights. After she gave the first quote, I asked how much it would cost if I changed it to the next day, the agent sighed and said "now I am going to have to do another quote" as if it was not her job to assist me. If your staff cannot be helpful and do their jobs with some sort of pride please make your website more user-friendly so that customers don't have to be subjected to rude and unhelpful agents.

Very Disappointed in the service.
