Im lost for words and very angry , .

So my friends and i bought flight tickets to Durban and due to unforseen circumstances my friend could not travel, so we called the Callcenter ,we reported our friend can no longer travel,the lady told us that Kulula dose not do refunds but ticket can be used then the sent new Ref number .

today i called wanting to use Ticket the story changed completely, I spoke to the lady by the Name of Lihle ,all she could tell me that the Ref i received is invalid and if we need ticket we must buy ,she told me to hold on ,after 20min of holding she came back to tell me her manager said there is nothing they can do they don't know who i spoke to and its unfortunate .

its heartbreaking and shocking for such a huge company to treat their customers
