****** of my hard earned money

Kulula charge me for a flight and never sent the confirmation of booking. The amount went off and i have a reference number, and I booked another one because I was going to attend a very serious emergency and when I asked customer service at the airport the lady said I should check with my bank and indeed the bank confirmed that the money went out but now 2 months later kulula is still not resolving the issue and its like I just threw my money down the drain as the stuck when it comes to communication as they don't answer their phone and also don't reply to emails
