Rise and pathetic staff!!!

I had the worst experience at lanseria now. My mum's flight for Durban departs at 21.35. I checked in last night for her. I got to the khulula counter at 21.10 due to an accident on the highway. On my way to the counter lady passed by and told the Indian lady at the counter "Did you see" and she rep**** "I'll show them" when I got to this lady at the counter she tells me the flight is closed and my mum cannot board this is at 21.10 for a flight that leaved at 21.35 I then explained that i checked her in online. She then says then you have 2 minutes to be on the plane and you cannot take your luggage just take your hand luggage. While telling my mum this she abruptly screams at us and says "You need to decide now we don't have all night" in a panic my mum took her hand luggage and ran to the flight. Then she sat on the plane for 20 minutes for it to depart? My mum is on chronic medication for high blood pressure and stress this is not how you treat people. This was actually a nightmare and I cannot even understand how my poor mum must be feeling now flying to Durban treated like an animal. I'm not sitting with her luggage in jhb and she lives in Durban. She doesn't even have vehicle. Your service and staff suck and I will ensure I take this to the papers and social media so people know how you treat customers and how rude and pathetic your staff is!!!!! I am utterly disgusted.
