Ripping customers off!
I booked 3 tickets to Durban in May. I accidentally chose the wrong date. So I changed the date within 1 hour of the mistake and see that they are charging me R2052 to change the date. So can you please explain to me and everybody else how can it cost R342 per person per flight just to change the date of the flights on a emailed ticket?<br> <br> It cost me R300 X 3 = R900<br> R900 X 2 = R1800<br> R1800 X 14% VAT = R2052<br> <br> R2052 to change a date....Please tell me what costs so much?<br>

Thank you for taking the time tell us about your recent experience.
A payable fee would still be charged for any changes made to your reservation. In addition to having to pay a change fee for a change of reservation, you would have to pay any difference between the fare and taxes on the original flight booked and the available fare and taxes (if applicable) on the new flight requested.
