Ripoff never ever will I book with Kulula again

I Will never ever book with Kulula again they ********* we booked a flight for my daughter and 2 grandchildren on the 25 /12 and due to the covid invention rate under children my daughter is to scared to fly we contact Kulula within 12 hours after purchasing they just refused to give us a refund
