ripoff airline

This is airline is an outright ripoff if you need to make changes to flights. Changing a flight has a cost implication. If using the callcenter, there is another fee. Then because it was more cost effective to make a new booking, if you miss the first part of a return flight, they cancel the return part, and you need to rebook the return flight, which incurs another cost.

Basically, if you need to make a change to a flight because life happens, they rip you off as much as they can, for every cent you have.

Only reason I used them is because of Vitality, but after this I will really reconsider never using this ripoff airline again.
