<p>So today i was suppose to leave for dbn i mistakenly booked the incorrect flight which i only found on when i got there ... I was given an option for a semi flight which will cost 2000 upwards but she cant promise me coz theres stand bys secondly your staff is so unfriendly and doesnt know what to do .. They could have made a plan but the other lady told her something and then she changed her minded then i was told to buy a ticket for tomorrow 25 feb for changing it will cost 300 and something so basically i paid 806 if i didnt have the money i wasnt going to waste my money because of this .. Im flying with youll basically every month and this is what your customers get .. Your staff is useless .. Im very disappointed </p>
