I am trying to resolve a query on a payment that was made from my account; I was trying to book a flight from OR to King Shaka for the 31st of March to the 4th of April, and I made a mistake and booked for the 1st of April coming back from King Shaka instead of the 4th of April. <br> Trying to correct this, I then booked a return flight of the same amount of money paid for the1st of April flight. I then noticed that I all in all I was billed R15320 amount for this change alone (this is just a one way rectification, the charge on the website paid was for a R700 flight. I am also on discovery vitality - so all of this should have been cheaper, I am getting 25% off each flight I book). I had already paid R1100 for the return flights where I made a mistake on. <br> <br> Shocked that I am charged double for a change in flight date, a mistake that is costing me double is appalling. I might has well have paid for another person to travel with me to Durban. Trying to resolve this has been a night mare. Kulula is acting like a monopoly, because we use Vitality to book for it being ridiculous with their bills!! . <br> <br>
