Ridiculous

I booked with [URL Removed] to fly from JHB To CPT on Friday 6 March 2015 @ 21.00 and return on the 8 March 2015 @ 20 :50.<br> <br> My grievances are as follows<br> <br> 1) The flight from JHB to CPT my seat had no magazine and the floor was Filthy (Pictures available) ,<br> 2) The flight was 20 Minutes delayed on the return,few passengers were still standing and yet the plane already started moving<br> 3)Never in my life have I experienced something like this which was extremely unprofessional and very dangerous.I Fell asleep after take off on my Tray table,i woke up when the plane landed hurting my neck on the tray table and did not even have my seat belt on. <br> <br> I cannot believe that the crew did not bother checking before landing to see that I was asleep on my tray table and no seat belt on.This could've have resulted in some serious injury .<br> <br> I find that the late night flight is all about just getting over and done with forgetting all safety rules
