Retrieving information & never getting a response.

I have been trying to retrieve my Travel bank details for the past few months with endless emails and phone calls. I was promised to be sent log in details and be credited for my flight that was cancelled before the lockdown over a year ago. I have been trying to phone KULULA and you never have any call center agents available???? I have been waiting on the phone for over 45 minutes.
