REQUEST TO CHANGE A FLIGHT BOOKING OR REQUEST A REFUND

<p>I make a flight booking for myself, my kids and my partner for a trip in December 2016 to Port Elizabeth, unfortunately our relationship ended and i have requested that I get my mother in the booking or request a cancellation and refund. I am told that i cannot cancel, neither can i cancel and will not be refunded.This is not fair as i did not plan this, the airline will not suffer loss and the customer is not even given an option. I paid for the ticket i cant change it even to my name for future travelling but only my ex partner can do that. Where is service here, why would i use kulula in future if I am not even listened. I am very frustrated customer. </p>
