Request refunds asap need to make necessary arrangements

I have made bookings with Kulula.com through Travelstart agency for 9 people. Received info that they have been suspended on the 31st and I sent an email to them till date no response have confirmed what's going to happen moving foward. Yesterday again received Info that they going through liquidation. How about my refund for the trip that suppose to take place on the 11 of November 2022.
