Repeated problems making payment

<p>I have repeated problems booking flights through kulula.com. While their help centre is quick, I was not able to resolve the payment problem over two days of trying different methods....through chrome and on internet explorer, and with two different cards.....round and round we go.....calling my bank to check that there was no problem with cards. Eventually head office tries to help by making the booking telephonically, only to be transfered mid-booking to another consultant. Sure accidents happen, but can Kulula please advise what the problem actually is??? I get this error:</p> <p>ERR.SSW.PURCHASE.FOP_APPLICATION_FAILURE</p> <p>I have confirmed that no payment attempts were logged on any of my cards, so this does seem to be on kulula side.</p>
