Reimbur*****t of ticket

I bought a ticket on kulula last year on the 27th March, on the 26th of March lockdown would be in effect. In haste I had to buy another ticket to get home from cape Town to jhb. Kulula sent me a message that my flight was cancelled and would get back to me with a new flight. Till today I am waiting for those details. If I hadn't booked another flight with Saa I would have been stranded. It has now been a yr and a month, and I am still waiting for my reimbur*****t of my ticket. Being only R600 + it's not much, but as I am retired, this is a lot of money. As I have no use for another flight ticket ever as I do not have anymore living relatives, I want my money back!
