Refused refund
I called Kulula to cancel my booking,they agreed to cancel but refuse to give me back my money. I just want my money back - all my money. I havent used their services and I am entitled to refund. Is that not just basic logic? I didnt use it so I shouldnt have to pay for it. the airline will still fill the seat and have their money. Please give me money back.
