Refunds take more than a month.

Still waiting for over a month for a refund. Too many calls to count tooo many emails to count. Paid twice for one ticket and now apparently Piet Pompies is the only person that can approve refunds and becusse he goes on leave for weeks at a time there is no1 else than can approve a refund? How thats possible I don't know. Maybe instead of making jokes on your flights you can rather joke about how useless your refunds process is. I must now jump through 3 hoops of **** and one hoop of waste my frikken time for a dam refund. Go work for Nkandla.
