Refunds from kulula are impossible!!!

<p>My husband and I booked flights in November 2015 from durban to Johannesburg. The day before we could fly my husband fell ill and was admitted to hospital. We then called kulula and sent thru the relevant hospital documentation and was told that we would be refunded 6 to 8 weeks later. It has been 6 months and we are still waiting for our refund. Every time we call we get told that somebody will call us back but we have never received any calls. So I just want to tell kulula thanks for nothing we will never fly with you again and to the consultant Natalie Nel who never follows up with us , please develop some people s****s before dealing with customers. Very very disappointed with the pathetic service!!!!</p>
