Refunds
<p>Kulula.com ask for the full card number used to purchase a flight when you seek a refund. This is very poor secuirty!</p>

Thank you for your post.
When a customer books via Vitality, our Refunds department would need the full card details to process the refund as they do not have visibility of the card details.
Full card details will not be requested for any other reason. We would only ask customers to verify the first and last digits of the card number.
