Refund still pending for over-billed flight change (query no. 6339)

I haven't received any further response on query no. 6339. It is unacceptable to wait 2 months to receive a refund for erroneous over-billing on your part.

As per written and logged telephonic conversations, R1,000.20 (excl. interest) is overdue to me.

Kindly confirm soonest when I can expect the full refund + interest owed to appear in my account.
