Refund still not paid - 9 weeks later

<p>I booked two flights from Johannesburg to Durban in the beginning of December, and cancelled them the day after booking. It is now 9 weeks later and I still haven't been refunded. When I phoned last week to enquire when payment would be made, the consultant ensured me that I would be refunded within the following 2 days - a week later and still no refund. Terrible service. Why does it take 9 weeks to reverse a credit card payment? Other companies do it within a week.</p>
