Refund process a delay tactics

<p>I have requested for a refund because i couldn't travel due to a medical operation. I spoke to a lady call Stemmet and she asked me to send her admission letter. I sent it to her but she said it is the wrong one, when i finalay set her teh correct one she then added my email address to a spam list, so my emails to her are now blocked. To test the issue i sent her the letter using a different email on the 6th of Jan 2017, then everytime i leave messages for her and she never gets back to me. </p>
