Refund on Booking

Good day I made two bookings online the via the kulula website on the 23rd and the 30 Jan respectively. The reference numbers are OQKWHT – Passengers (Deslynn Marais & Chad Pearce) & ALODBX – Passenger( Sandra Pearce). Cell number – ********** . For OQKWHT I used my discovery vitality ( ********** 31) Unfortunately , we are now not able to make this trip due to unforeseen circumstances in our family. I called the call centre today, and they advised that one leg of flight ref – OQKWHT is 50% refundable and the rest of our flight are not. He also mentioned that the 50% refundable ticket was booked as SEMI FLEX. However upon making both booking I never saw these options. He advised that should we have booked Full Flex flights we would have received a 100% refund. But I never saw these options when making my bookings! Had I seen these options I would have choose this. As a customer is my right to cancel, and request proceeds back for which I paid.

Can you kindly urgently arrange a refund of six tickets. Your website didnt give me the option of choosing an option.
