Refund of flight

Am truly failing to understand what is taking Kulula.com so long to refund me for my flights more especially when i had to purchase new tickets because of their inconvenience i must say the service is very poor, each time i phone is a different story and yes i own a travel agency and i will never ever refer any of my client to book their flights under this company. ( when i purchased this tickets i paid immediately so am failing to understand why do i have to wait for my money for 8 weeks before i can receive it)
