Refund for the Hotel booking - Kulula.com

Dear Sir Madam I booked a hotel on the 3 March 2020. I booked from Kulula.com though Vitality as I am using Discovery Medical Aid. I am a main member and the choose to use the name of my husband Japan Israel Ndhlovu to do the booking. The booking reference was LYPKWMP for 2 Adults and 1 child. We were to travel to Durban Garden Court South Beach on the 23 to 27 April 2020. It was unfortunately at the middle of the lockdown. I cancelled the booking as there was going to be a level5 lockdown and nobody was allowed to travel. I requested Kulula to refund the money as I paid R4695.70 with a credit card when I was making a booking. I wrote emails and even request Vitality to assist but nothing has been paid. I request that Kulula refund the money as it is now 8 months.
