Refund for paid flights during lockdown

Purchased 3 tickets to Johannesburg for travel during May 2020. But due to the covid lockdown and travel restrictions placed, we were unable to travel. I have since been unable to contact kulula with regards my refund. I have attempted numerous emails and phone calls and to date they are still not answering any phone calls. I am not sure as how to proceed.
