Refund deliberately delayed

<p>I was suppose to fly to capetown with ref ZMKITY, due to dislocated shoulder i went to hospital and was on a sling for treatment and im still being treated by Ortho surgeon, i cancelled my flight on time with substantive proof (Hosp note), i requested refund, i was asked to fill in Chubb insurance claim form which i did, guess what, ''Claim number: ********** 833,Kindly be advised that we are unable to locate your travel insurance with Kulula. Please forward a copy of your insurance certificate. This certificate they are referring to was never sent to me except an electronic ticket which reflects ticket price, insurance rate and insurance reference, for me that is sufficient to process the claim because they confirmed i paid for both the flight ticket and travel insurance.</p> <p>Since that message they have never said anything and they are playing delaying tactics perhaps trying to find a lousy reason not to pay/refund a lousy R30-00 insurance and R661.43 for the the flight.</p> <p>I feel very aggrieved i dont think i will ever use this airline</p>
