REFUND

I booked for a flight online and paid for it, when I received my confirmation I realized that I had put JHB to CPT instead of CPT to JNB. I called Kulula and they said that I had to pay about R1700 in order to change the flight, I couldn't pay this amount so I asked them to cancel and refund. They said the ticket I got is non refundable, I have never heard of such. I have flown with this airline with the longest of time and I have never had any problems, but now when I needed their assistance they told me they cant refund me or even amend the ticket for a lessor amount. I am disgusted by the service I received from Kulula because the lady that answered the call didn't even give me much options.<br> I will never ever use Kulula again. Its disappointing that you guys cannot refund me nor could you have assisted me by changing the details, its not like I was doing any *****.
