Refund

Hi there,

I made a booking to Cape Town from Lanseria in March 2020 but due to COVID-19, I cancelled my booking and it was meant to be refunded. I never got an email or sms to state it was refunded. And somehow my money is just lost now?

I have tried to email, no response and messaged on twitter. I try to call and you are expected to wait 15 minutes.
