Refund

I tried to call kulula to cancel my booking as I had made other arrangements, I sent emails I communicated via Twitter I was given an email address to forward my request and the response I got from the email was that I will be assisted within 20 days. Nobody called me in that 21 days so I called. The service I got😭 was a disaster I was told why did I wait for so long why did I not call, I explained to the lady I couldn't get through she said I'm lying they have operating all this time and I will never get my refund. I asked to speak to the manager I was told they busy, I asked why was I told to wait for 20 days, I didn't get an answer. I sent screen shots of the conversation on Twitter and responds from the email advising I should wait to the email I was the agent told me even I have screen shots I will never get my refund I didn't get her name but her email is *** till today Noone has contacted me my flight ref was ZXIPPN apperently I was a no show yet I tried to cancel with no luck.
