I have app**** for a refund of a flight left me and they agreed to refund me and i did follow up on the same person responded but i never got reply.<br> <br> I found that so disappointing and unprofessional for the biggest airline like that not to respond to the customer follow up.

I do apologise for your dissatisfaction , however , I am aware that my colleague had in fact responded to you on the 09 Dec'15 to advise the time frame of the refund request which she had processed for you . Once again , as advised by the agent , the refund process takes between 6-8 weeks to reflect into the original form of payment which was purchased through Computicket . Kindly allow this time frame and a note to you to follow up with Computicket for the refund .
