Really?? Unfriendly and un-accommodating!!

<p><span style="color: #555555; background-color: #ffffff;">Guys - make sure that EACH bag is below the 20kg limit!!! Even if your total weight is below the limit they couldn't care less!!! Had an amazing honeymion but a ****py end with the most UNFRIENDLY and un-accommodating Kulula personnel - I'm sure the only reason they are still in business is because they make their money through small human error. We will never make use of Kulula again!!!!</span></p>
