Really enjoy the Customer Experience

I have been flying with Kulula a lot recently, I must say that I really appreciate the SIMPLE things they do like sms notifications to check in, the simplicity of of online or app check-ins, the simplicity of their bookings which you can do online, their call centre which does not have a long waiting period and patient staff. Their flights between Lanseria, CPT and EL are most times delayed by 30mins (for some reason I may just always take the ones which have delays) but they always notify me in advance and stick to that 30mins. It is a low cost airline but is operating with high quality standards.
